How to open the CD
 
1) Go to the start menu and select run.
2) Select the Browse.
3) Select the CD-ROM Drive (Examples: E:, D:)
4) Select Where to go Camping File
5) Hit Open and then OK.
 

The Program will open in your html Browser such as Netscape Navigator (Communicator) or Internet Explorer. If you do not have an html browser, you can download one for free at http://www.netscape.com or http://www.microsoft.com. The book is best viewed using Netscape Navigator.

Word Documents and Viewers for Word 97

The word documents for the camp book have been included on this CD. To open the word files:

1) Go to the open command in Microsoft Word.
2) Select the CD-ROM Drive (Examples: E:, D:)
3) Open PCWordfiles directory.
4) Select the document you wish to access and click open.

If you own a previous version of Microsoft Word, you can download a convertor from http://www.microsoft.com . If you do not own Microsoft Word 97, this CD includes Microsoft Word Viewers for Windows 3.1, 95, 98. and NT. To install the Viewer on your computer:

1) Go to the Start Menu and select Run.
2) Select Browse from the run screen.
3) Select your CD-ROM Drive (Example: D:, E:).
4) Open the directory WordVeiwers.
5) Select the Directory for Windows 3.1 or 95, 98, & NT.
6) Select the Word Viewer and Click OK.
7) Select Open.

Area Codes

Area codes in the state of California are forever changing. If one of the phones does not work, please check to make sure the area code did not change. The Website for most of the sections have been included on the CD.
